Italian Fried Chicken

I made chicken and rice for dinner and I experimented with the seasoning. The stuff was so good that I had to share the recipe.

You need:

One (1) Chicken Breast - skinless, if the breast has bones, make sure you split the breast

1/2 ounce of Italian Dressing
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Sauce pan with lid

Instructions:  Season the chicken using salt, garlic powder and a very very small amount of ginger (if you don't like spicy food, add the ginger after cooking the chicken or exclude it all together).  Pour the olive oil in the pan and allow it to heat.  Place the split chicken breast directly on the heated oil. Allow the chicken to fry in a covered frying pan for approximately ten (10) minutes. Lower your heat, then add the Italian dressing. Warning:  If you don't lower the heat you risk the chance of a grease fire or burning your house down.  Take my word on it.  ;o) Fry the chicken for additional 5-10 minutes or until the chicken has browned to your liking. Be sure to flip the chicken breast a few times so the seasoning from the dressing covers the entire breast.  Enjoy!
